USA TODAY Sports
Martin Truex Jr. celebrates after winning the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400 Sunday at Chicagoland Speedway.

Martin Truex Jr. won the opening race of the Chase for the Sprint Cup but shortly afterwards, the Furniture Row racer failed post-race inspection. And he wasn't the only one. Six-time Sprint Cup champion Jimmie Johnson led a race-high 118 laps before he was penalized for speeding on pit road and later failed inspection.

USA TODAY Sports' Jeff Gluck and special guest Jordan Bianchi of SB Nation break down all the action from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 400 and where the drivers stand heading into the second race of the Chase.
