Ladies Thursday morning league slated at Grant Park

The Ladies Thursday morning nine-hole golf league at Grant Park is open for new adult members.

The league members keep scores but do not play for a handicap. Events vary from week to week, with prizes awarded for longest drive on a designated hole, most one-putts, reverse score and closest to the pin with a chip shot on a designated green.

The league begins in May and runs through September, weather permitting.

Bowmen sponsor outdoor 3-D league

The West Allis Bowmen are holding their outdoor 3-D league at their club, 11601 Highway G (6-Mile Road) in Raymond, through Tuesday, June 7.

Shooting starts any time after 4 p.m., and shooting fees are $48 for the season or $7 per night for nonmembers. Club members and youth are at reduced fees.

Target archery league scheduled by Bowmen

The West Allis Bowmen are conducting their outdoor target archery league at their club, 11601 Highway G (6-Mile Road) in Raymond.

An NFAA Field and Hunter Round will begin at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, and run for eight weeks.

Shooting fees are $68 for the eight-week hunter round for nonmembers, and club members have reduced fees.
