Greenfield's 4x100-meter boys relay team of Donnie Reasby, Coleman Weis-Murphy, Abram Vizcarra and Billy Pitroski won with 45.52 seconds in the Pewaukee Invitational on April 29.

The local unit topped Woodland Conference rival Pewaukee's second-place effort of 46.09 and earned 10 points for the Hustlin' Hawks.

The 4x200 relay squad of Jon Kaifesh, Drew Stanioch, Reasby and Pitroski snared third place with 1 minute, 35.12 seconds.

For the Greenfield girls squad, Jayda Craig came in third in the shot put with 31 feet-111/2 inches.

Stanioch finished fourth in the boys long jump (19-11/2) and fifth in the boys triple jump (39-53/4), and the boys 4x400 relay of Kaifesh, Vizcarra, Andrew Valdez and Stanioch came in fifth (3:39.32).

Coming in sixth were Drew Kassel in the boys triple jump (38-4) and the girls 4x100 squad of Brittany Bohlman, Julia Hyatt, Alyssa Roman and Melissa Mazur (57.15 seconds).

Finishing seventh were Pitroski in the boys 200 dash (23.58), Mazur in the girls shot put (28-8) and the boys 4x800 unit of Dylan Kumbera, Dakota Kumbera, Chandler Schilz and Nat Schroeter (9:05.89).

Hyatt took eighth in the girls 100 dash (13.86) to close out the scoring for the Greenfield teams.

The boys team tallied 36 points for eighth place in the 12-team meet, which was won by Plymouth with 129 points.

The Greenfield girls scored 12 points for 10th place in their meet, which was won by Mayville's 1183/4 points.

The Hawks took part in the Woodland Conference Relays on May 3 and will compete in the Arrowhead Invitational at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 7.
