Start or sit? It's an easy call with Kenny Britt

For all of those difficult decisions setting lineups in season-long leagues – or putting together the best roster in daily fantasy contests – Bruno Boys Fantasy Football presents our weekly collections of players to consider starting and sitting.

Rams wide receiver Kenny Britt has improved his numbers considerably over the past three weeks.

START

WR Kenny Britt, Los Angeles Rams

Britt has three consecutive games of at least 75 receiving yards and torched the Detroit Lions for 136 yards and two touchdowns on seven receptions in Week 6. It’s clear that Britt is quarterback Case Keenum’s main target. The New York Giants lack the physicality on the outside to contain Britt’s size.

RB Spencer Ware, Kansas City Chiefs

Everyone thought that Ware would go back to being just a change-of-pace runner when Jamaal Charles returned. That wasn’t the case in Week 6 as Ware got 26 touches to Charles’ 11 and rumbled his way to 163 total yards and a score. New Orleans has allowed a league-high 11 rushing touchdowns.

Fantasy football rankings: Week 7

WR Anquan Boldin, Detroit Lions

It’s been a productive first season in Detroit for Boldin, who continues to be a red-zone threat (three touchdowns) and is playing a bigger role in the offense. He had eight receptions in Week 6 and has 18 over his last three games. The Redskins have had trouble defending the middle of the field.

WR Allen Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars

Robinson was a budding superstar a year ago, but his mediocre play this season has been cause for concern. He hasn’t been able to separate from defensive backs and has gone over 60 receiving yards just once. A matchup with the 32nd-ranked Raiders secondary is just what he needs.

QB Tyrod Taylor, Buffalo Bills

After two bad games to start the season, the Bills have run off four wins in a row, and Taylor is one of the biggest reasons. The Dolphins allow only 236.7 passing yards per game, but they’ve given up nine touchdown passes and their secondary lacks playmakers.

QB Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

As inconsistent as Winston has been this season, he’s still posting good numbers. Coming off a bye, Winston should have no problem picking apart a 49ers defense that is in shambles. The 49ers allow 30-plus points per game and have surrendered 12 touchdown passes in six games.

TE Hunter Henry, San Diego Chargers

Even with Antonio Gates back, Henry produced against a tough Denver Broncos defense with six receptions for 83 yards and a touchdown. He has scored in three consecutive games. The Falcons rank 31st in the NFL at defending the tight end position.

RB Devontae Booker, Denver Broncos

The rookie continues to cut into starter C.J. Anderson’s workload and, in some ways, has outplayed him recently. Booker had 46 rushing yards on five attempts in Week 6, and his speed could play a big role against the Texans. Houston ranks 29th against the run and gives up 126.3 yards per game.

SIT

RB Frank Gore, Indianapolis Colts

Gore has had at least 60 total yards in every game and put together a 106-yard rushing performance in a Week 6 loss at Houston. But the Titans allow just 88.5 rushing yards per game and have slowed down the likes of Adrian Peterson and Lamar Miller this season.

RB Isaiah Crowell, Cleveland Browns

Crowell was arguably the best running back in the NFL after Week 4 but has been on the decline since. He followed up a 13-carry/22-yard Week 5 showing with nine carries for 16 yards in Week 6. Crowell is starting to lose touches to fellow running back Duke Johnson.

Fantasy football deep sleepers: Colin Kaepernick could pay off

QB Carson Wentz, Philadelphia Eagles

The rookie quarterback is starting to show his age. He threw his first interception in Week 5 and could muster only a 50% completion rate and 179 passing yards in a Week 6 loss to the Washington Redskins. Things won’t be any easier against the league’s No. 1-ranked defense.

RB Terrance West, Baltimore Ravens

After being named the starter before Week 4, West has gone for 113, 95 and 87 rushing yards with three touchdowns. But the Jets rank in the top three against the run. Even if West gets his 20-plus touches, his numbers will suffer if he doesn’t score a touchdown.

WR Sammie Coates, Pittsburgh Steelers

Coates torched the New York Jets for six receptions, 139 receiving yards and two touchdowns in Week 5 only to be shut out in Week 6. With Ben Roethlisberger missing, the offense will need to find its identity again with Landry Jones under center.

WR Larry Fitzgerald, Arizona Cardinals

Despite being in his 13th NFL season, the wideout continues to pay at a high level. However, his Achilles’ heel over the last handful of years has been the Seahawks. Fitzgerald has two touchdowns in his last 11 regular-season games vs. Seattle and is going to find open space hard to find.
