GREENFIELD — Portillo’s, a fast casual restaurant known for its menu of Chicago-style favorites, will hold a grand opening for its Greenfield restaurant today, April 18, at 8705 W. Sura Lane.
The restaurant is in the 84South shopping, restaurant and residential complex taking shape along Layton Avenue between 84th and 92nd streets.
Portillo’s founder Dick Portillo, CEO Keith Kinsey, Greenfield Mayor Michael Neitzke and State Rep. Ken Skowronski will participate in the festivities.
The ribbon cutting will be at 10:15 a.m. The store opens at 10:30 a.m.
The first Portillo's in Wisconsin opened in Brookfield in July 2016
