Greenfield Police are looking for suspects that were involved in two vehicle burglaries.

According to the news release, Greenfield officers responded to a burglary in progress at Braeger Ford, 4201 S. 27th St., about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday to find the stolen vehicle fleeing the scene.

Police said the suspects stole a vehicle in Waukesha that they used to drive to the Ford dealership.

The vehicle later crashed in Greendale and police apprehended one suspect while the others fled on foot.

After a foot pursuit, another suspect was taken into custody, but the driver of the stolen vehicles was not caught.

During the investigation, police found that a similar burglary was attempted at the nearby Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 4377 S. 27th St., according to police.

Although entry was made into the business, police don't believe vehicles were stolen.
