We mined the Internet for inspiration, ransacked our closets and painstakingly fashioned our own DIY Halloween costumes. But based on these pre- and post-Halloweekend photos, none of us even touched the hem of baby Luna's garment.

Proud mama and self-appointed stylist Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram starting last Thursday to share photos of her and John Legend's six-month-old daughter. Through the weekend, fans were treated to images of Luna dressed as everything from the cutest Oscar Mayer wiener to Minnie Mouse to Little Red Riding Hood.

"Have you ever seen a more 'why me?' face," Teigen captioned a photo of the infant looking on helplessly and seemingly pleading for the model to pick one — or for her dad to save her.

Unfortunately for little Luna, it appeared Legend wasn't around to sing the costumes’ praises though we were certain he'd give at least one of them the Green Light.

But, according to Teigen, all of the costumes were sent to charity. "OK that is a wrap on costumes," she captioned a Sunday post, which showed Luna tugging at her lei and wriggling in a hula skirt, sent by Teigen's team over at Spike’s Lip Sync Battle.

"Some were sent to us from very kind vendors," she continued, "but we are going to donate them all tonight so other families can get the same joy out of them."
